Book a Discovery Session
A Discovery Session is a 2–3 hour working session — on-site at your premises. We review your data environment, map your document workflows, and give you a clear picture of what's possible. You get a written assessment at the end regardless of whether you proceed.
What happens in the session
- Data environment walkthrough — we look at how your data is currently stored and structured
- Document workflow mapping — we map the specific processes where AI can save the most time
- AI readiness assessment — we score your current state against deployment requirements
- Honest go/no-go recommendation — we tell you if the timing is right or not
What you receive
A written Discovery Report covering your data environment, identified document workflows, AI readiness score, a clear go/no-go recommendation, and — if we recommend proceeding — a specific cost estimate and project timeline for your engagement.
After you submit
Val will contact you within one business day to confirm a date and send a brief pre-session questionnaire — five questions about your data environment that help make the session more focused. The questionnaire is optional but recommended.
