DOMUS is a managed AI deployment service — not software you install yourself. We build AI infrastructure on your own hardware (or a dedicated UK server), configure it for your workflows, and hand you a running system with training and documentation included.

Discovery Session
£1,500–2,500 — credited to implementation
We review your data environment, map your document workflows, and confirm AI readiness. This is a go/no-go gate — we'll tell you honestly if it's not the right time. The session fee is credited to your first implementation if you proceed.

Data Hygiene
Before AI touches your data, we audit and prepare it. Sixty per cent of AI projects fail because the underlying data is inconsistent, incomplete, or unstructured. We fix that first — so the deployment actually works.
AI Deployment
We install and configure AI infrastructure on your own hardware — document processing, intelligent search, and your specific use cases. Everything runs offline, on your site, with no vendor access.
Operational Readiness
Training for your team, full system documentation, and a 90-day support period. You're not left alone with a system you don't understand. We stay available for questions and iterative improvements.

We support three deployment topologies depending on your current setup and requirements. The Discovery Session determines which is right for you.
On-premises
Deployed on hardware inside your building. Absolute sovereignty — your data never leaves your physical premises.
Best for: businesses with existing server infrastructure or strict on-site data requirements.
Remote dedicated
We host a server exclusively for your business in a UK data centre. Zero shared infrastructure. Zero vendor access to your data.
Best for: businesses without on-site server capability who still need sovereign AI.
Hybrid
AI deployed on-site for sensitive workloads, with managed hosting for supporting services — practical for businesses with mixed data sensitivity.
Best for: businesses that need on-site processing for the most sensitive documents, with flexibility elsewhere.
