UK GDPR Compliance
Domusnode Ltd processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Our lawful bases for processing data collected through this website are:
- Legitimate interest — enquiries submitted through our contact or booking forms, where processing is necessary to respond to your enquiry
- Contractual necessity — where you have engaged Domusnode for services
- Legal obligation — where processing is required by law
We do not rely on consent as a primary lawful basis for website enquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data We Collect Through This Website
When you use domusnode.uk, we may collect:
- Contact form / booking form submissions: Name, email address, company name, and your enquiry details. We use this to respond to your enquiry.
- Analytics (self-hosted): Aggregate, anonymised page view data collected via self-hosted Umami analytics. No cookies. No tracking pixels. No data shared with Google or other third parties.
- Email communications: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence for the purpose of responding and managing our client relationships.
We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics service that transfers data outside the UK.
How We Handle Client Infrastructure Data
Domusnode Ltd deploys AI infrastructure on behalf of clients. The data processed through that infrastructure belongs entirely to the client — not to Domusnode.
Zero-access principle: Once a client's system is deployed, Domusnode has no access to client infrastructure, client data, or client AI conversations without the client's explicit, documented permission. All client systems are network-isolated with client-held encryption keys.
No shared infrastructure: Each client deployment is separate. Client data is never co-mingled with other clients' data or with Domusnode's own systems.
Audit trail: Any access Domusnode requires (for maintenance or support) is logged, time-limited, and requires explicit client approval before access is granted.
For formal documentation of data processing responsibilities, see the Data Processing Agreement section below.
