Document processing
Files are read, indexed, and made searchable by the AI — without leaving the server. PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, emails.
Search and Q&A
Ask any question about our documents and get an answer with the source cited. 'What did supplier X quote for part Y in March?' — answered in under two seconds.
Live monitoring
Real-time dashboards show system health, query latency, error rates, and resource usage. We see exactly what a client would see when we hand over their system.
Automated processing
New documents dropped into watched folders are processed automatically on a schedule. Human involvement only when something needs a decision.
